Pinot Bianco, the white
variety of the Pinot grape, is one of the three relations in
this family. They are a long-known grape in France, where
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir form the basis of the world's
most famous wines. This most noble variety, Pinot Bianco, is
extremely popular in Italy as well, especially in Trentino
Alto Adige, Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia
Giulia, and now also in Apulia.
